"Our venue required a day of coordinator and I remember being so annoyed by that. I had planned basically the whole thing completely by myself by the time I had the venue. This was our second wedding, so it’s like, we know how to get married, lol. What did I need a coordinator for? So I searched and found the most reasonably priced one I could find, and basically told her listen, I barely even need you, really I’m just checking a box. Little did I know that she would end up doing so much and being so vital to our entire wedding experience. We had so many meetings, phone calls, text messages, emails. She is the most organized person I’ve ever met, and I married an engineer, lol. Anything that came up, she just immediately had the answer, a suggestion, etc. The day of the wedding, it’s like she had been planning everything in person for me the whole time. She just knew exactly what to do for everything. She did all of the decor and executed it with the exact vision that I had in my head. The day of, she was there for literally everything. She did have an assistant, Emma, who was just as amazing as she was. I mean, you could not possibly think of something that you might need before she was in front of you handling it. And afterwards, I have talked to friends and family members who told me that they had overheard multiple people ask questions and say things like I’ll go ask Azure or Jason, and if Katie or Emma overheard them they were like oh wait no, let me handle that. Her goal was to handle absolutely everything so that we could just enjoy the day. And she 100% executed this. She literally helped us up to our room at the end of the night. We opened the door and she had rose petals, candles, champagne, everything waiting on us. It was amazing. The entire time through planning and especially the day of, all I could think of was, I am not paying this lady enough. I cannot possibly recommend her enough!"
