Custom Package "Ingredients"
Rather than a “one-size fits all” model, our wedding packages are custom made to YOU - your needs, wants and budget! Together we will decide what “recipe” fits your big day best! All packages include prior planning to ensure your day goes as planned. Packages minimums start at $900 with the exception of Express Packages, meant for Day-of only logistics (see more below).
- Planning Sessions: Dedicated calls or in person appointments to discuss logistics and talk through concerns
- Organization: Together we will create Your Somethin’ Special Wedding Planner, our key to organization. Utilizing HoneyBook, everything is collected through simple and effective questionaries.
- Mileage & Travel: Our packages cover most of the Denver Metro area and additional mileage at $0.75 per mile is calculated into the price.
- Assistant Coordinator: Based on day of logistics, most packages over 50 guests include an Assistant Coordinator
- Day of: Every detail & any emergency, we are your “go-to”! Vendor management, timeline execution, support and implementation of logistics for the couple, family & friends, set up decor and tear down.
- Add Ons: Variety of additional add ons based on your needs: Additional Event Assistance (i.e. Bridal Shower, Bachelor/Bachelorette Party, Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Party, After Parties, etc.), Save the Dates, Invitations and Website Development & Management and Decoration and Gifts
FULL Planning Packages
For couples that are looking for a full-service style package, I do offer full planning packages! You can expect the highest level of service and detail with our full planning. Every step of the way, I am here to guide, recommend and and organize your big day. My passion is making your wedding vision come to life and I would be honored with the opportunity to discuss your wants, need and budget.
Express Packages
For couples that are having a micro-wedding, ceremony or reception only, and day-of only assistance (no prior planning) that is more "task" oriented, I do offer Express Packages. This is an al-la-carte style package when you need someone to take care of some logistics.
Examples Include: Set Up Decor Only, Ceremony Only, Reception Only, need a few personal items set up, etc.
